In the Altmark in the heart of Saxony-Anhalt lies Vissum, a village with less than one hundred inhabitants and more than 700 years of history. The one-hundred-year-old, three-sided timber-framed farm is to become a seminar venue. Guests will be accommodated on the extensive property in MOMO Tiny Houses and in yurts. The former stables will house a restaurant, seminar room, and office. The barn will become a wellness area and yoga room. A reception area built from typical regional bricks will replace the former pigsty. The main building will remain the home of the client, who wants to achieve his vision of country life close to nature in this picturesque landscape. During construction, great importance will be placed on ecological materials and contractors with expertise and enthusiasm whose original and innovative solutions preserve the existing structures as much as possible while at the same time enabling a completely different new use.
