The Munich Airport is deemed to be a central junction in a constantly changing world. This means to create connections that are not only reliable but also characterized by partnership, responsibility, innovation and competence - brand values which are visualized by  BUERO PHILIPP MOELLER with a new fair stand concept for the Munich Airport at the ITB Berlin 2016.

For several decades the Munich Airport has been present at the ITB Berlin with a wide range of information - since 2016 in a new look.  For the international tourism market - the world's leading travel trade show - the Munich BUERO PHILIPP MOELLER have developed an image for the globally acting group which is transferring both the new appearance as well as the new brand message  "living ideas - connecting lives" to the room.

As the Munich Airport is built on an architectural basic grid of 1.20 by 1.20 meters over all terminals, the floor plan as well as the cubage of the fair stand are also structured by a strict grid which is figuratively broken up by the accentuated connector in the  new logo M.  Thus meeting centers are created by means of which the desired connections can also be personally intensified with customers and partners.

A modular and flexible construction also allows a versatile and sustainable use of the new fair stand concept which is employed at the ITB Berlin in the version 15 by 15 meters and gives an open and modern impression by natural and high-quality materials over 225 square meters. The system can equally be utilized for trade shows on 40 square meters at regional exhibitions and on 350 square meters such as for instance at the Munich exhibition Transport Logistic.
